Waqar Ahmad Malik has been appointed Chairman of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited with effect from April 9, announced the company in a statement to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday.
The statement further said that Waqar Malik has been appointed in place of Lt Gen ® Tariq Nadeem Gillani.
