SECP approves name change for Saudi Pak Leasing Company

In a stock filing on Thursday, the Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited has intimated the certificate issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) about the incorporation of its new name.

The company will now be called Saudi Pak Consultancy Company Limited (SPCCL) under the Section 13 of The Companies Act 2017. The change is subject to the condition that for a period of 90 days, the company would mention its old name along with its new name outside every office or any place its business is carried out, and all its official documents as specified by the SECP.
