Pakistan prolongs Indian aircraft airspace restriction through June 24

The restriction applies to all aircraft registered, operated, owned, or leased by India, including military aircraft

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Airports Authority has extended the ban on Indian aircraft using Pakistani airspace until 4:59 AM on June 24, 2025.

The restriction applies to all aircraft registered, operated, owned, or leased by India, including military aircraft. No flights operated by Indian airlines or aviation operators will be permitted to enter or transit Pakistani airspace during this period.

While no specific reason was given for the extension, such measures are typically related to diplomatic or security issues between the two countries. Further updates are expected as the situation evolves.
