Etihad resumes flights to Peshawar after 10 years

Airline to operate five weekly Abu Dhabi–Peshawar flights

PESHAWAR: Etihad Airways resumed operations at Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIAP) on Sunday, returning after a gap of more than 10 years.

According to the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), flight EY-276 from Abu Dhabi landed in Peshawar and was received with a water salute by airport authorities.

Etihad will operate five weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Peshawar on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. The return flight EY-277 will depart Peshawar at 8:00am.

The PAA said Etihad is the third international carrier to start operations from BKIAP in 2025, following Fly Dubai and Flyadeal earlier this year.
