Treet to shut Lahore, Hyderabad plants briefly for annual maintenance

Treet Corporation Limited has announced a temporary shutdown of its double edge blade manufacturing plants in Lahore and Hyderabad as part of routine annual maintenance.

In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday, the company said the Lahore plant, located at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate in Kot Lakhpat, will remain closed from December 24 to December 31, 2025. The Hyderabad facility on Hali Road will be shut for a slightly longer period, from December 22 to December 31, 2025.

The company clarified that the maintenance-related shutdowns are planned in advance and are not expected to have any material effect on its operations or financial results.

Treet added that the disclosure has been made in line with requirements under the Securities Act, 2015 and PSX regulations, and that normal production will resume after the completion of maintenance work.
