Engro Powergen Qadirpur CEO Adeel Qamar resigns

Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Adeel Qamar, has resigned from his position.

In a notice to the exchange, the company said Qamar will continue to perform his responsibilities as chief executive until completion of his notice period, in line with company policy.

The board of directors has initiated the process to appoint a new chief executive and said a successor will be named in due course.

Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited also acknowledged Qamar’s contributions during his tenure and expressed appreciation for his services to the company.
