Symmetry subsidiary Iris Digital selected preferred bidder for Jazz creative mandates

Symmetry Group Limited has disclosed that its subsidiary, Iris Digital (Private) Limited, has been selected as the preferred bidder for multiple creative mandates of Jazz, following completion of commercial and technical evaluations.

In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange dated January 28, the company said Iris Digital was chosen for the JazzCash Digital Creative, Jazz Digital Creative, and Jazz Creative Agency scopes, with Jazz formally communicating the selection in writing. The definitive agreements will be executed in due course.

The appointment is for a period of three years, covering 2026, 2027, and 2028, according to the disclosure.

The company said the scope of work under the new mandate is substantially larger than in previous years, prompting capacity expansion across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. The expanded scope is expected to lead to an increase in revenues.

Symmetry said the information was being shared in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and PSX disclosure requirements.
