Atlas Honda posts Rs5.64 billion profit for December quarter, dividend skipped

Atlas Honda Limited reported a profit after tax of Rs5.64 billion for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared with Rs4.03 billion in the same period last year, according to its unaudited financial results submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The company’s net sales for the quarter increased to Rs73.24 billion, up from Rs53.91 billion a year earlier, while gross profit rose to Rs9.43 billion from Rs5.75 billion. Operating profit during the quarter stood at Rs9.22 billion, compared with Rs6.42 billion in the corresponding period last year.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Atlas Honda posted a profit after tax of Rs15.25 billion, up from Rs10.65 billion in the same period last year. Net sales during the nine-month period rose to Rs198.57 billion, compared with Rs146.86 billion previously, while operating profit increased to Rs24.86 billion from Rs17.13 billion.

Earnings per share for the quarter came in at Rs45.42, compared with Rs32.48 a year earlier. For the nine-month period, earnings per share rose to Rs122.93 from Rs85.84.

The board of directors did not recommend any interim cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

As of December 31, 2025, the company’s total assets stood at Rs91.20 billion, while equity amounted to Rs40.70 billion. Cash and bank balances were reported at Rs21.46 billion at the end of the period.
