SSGC appoints Muhammad Amin Rajput as interim managing director

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) has appointed Muhammad Amin Rajput as interim Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a three-month period following his retirement from permanent service.

In a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on Friday, the Sui gas utility stated that Rajput reached the age of superannuation and retired on February 13, 2026.

To maintain continuity in leadership while the process to appoint a permanent Managing Director and CEO is underway, the board approved his appointment on a contract basis for an interim period of three months, effective immediately after his retirement.
