Pakistan Oxygen Limited reappoints Matin Amjad as CEO until August 2026

Pakistan Oxygen Limited has re-appointed Matin Amjad as Chief Executive Officer until August 2, 2026, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the board of directors held on February 13, 2026.

The company stated that the reappointment was made in terms of Section 187(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, following the election of directors.

The exchange has been requested to inform TRE Certificate Holders accordingly.

Pakistan Oxygen Limited was incorporated as a private limited company in 1949 and converted into a public limited company in 1958. The company is principally engaged in the manufacturing of industrial and medical gases, welding electrodes and marketing of medical equipment.
