Blue-Ex enters talks to acquire logistics technology company
Courier firm says negotiations cover a fintech and last-mile logistics business, with further details to be disclosed after finalisation

Blue-Ex Limited has entered negotiations to acquire a technology-based company operating in last-mile logistics and fintech.
The company disclosed the development in a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on July 13, 2026.
Blue-Ex said further details of the proposed transaction would be shared once the negotiations are finalised.
The company did not disclose the name of the target business, the proposed acquisition value or the expected completion timeline.
Blue-Ex Limited is a cargo forwarding company that provides domestic and international courier and related logistics services.
The company was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on December 12, 2005, under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017).
