Toyota raises imported Land Cruiser, Prado and Camry prices by up to Rs11 million

Toyota Pakistan has increased the prices of its imported Land Cruiser, Prado and Camry models after the imposition of additional Special Excise Duty (SED) under the Finance Act 2026.

According to automotive portal PakWheels.com, the revised prices are driven by the additional SED introduced in Budget 2026. Imported vehicles with engine capacities between 2,000cc and 3,000cc are now subject to an 86% Special Excise Duty, while vehicles above 3,000cc face a 92% duty.

As all of Toyota Pakistan's imported models fall above the 2,000cc threshold, the higher tax has been passed on to buyers through revised retail prices.

The LC300 Petrol has recorded the largest increase, with its price rising by Rs11 million to Rs106 million from Rs95 million.

The LC250 Diesel is now priced at Rs68.5 million, up Rs5.5 million from Rs63 million.

The LC250 Petrol seven-seater has increased by Rs3.5 million to Rs63.5 million from Rs60 million, while the five-seater variant has risen by Rs6.5 million to Rs61.5 million from Rs55 million.

The Camry has also become Rs10.8 million more expensive, with its price increasing to Rs43.8 million from Rs33 million.

All the affected models have engine capacities above 2,000cc and are therefore subject to the additional Special Excise Duty introduced under the Finance Act 2026.
