Millat Tractors posts Rs 2.92 billion profit for H1 FY26

Millat Tractors Limited (MTL) has reported a profit after tax of Rs 2.919 billion for the six-month period ended December 31, 2025, compared with Rs 3.645 billion in the corresponding period last year, according to its unconsolidated condensed interim financial statements.

The company’s revenue from contracts with customers increased to Rs 28.437 billion during the period under review, up from Rs 27.494 billion in the same period last year. Gross profit was reported at Rs 9.384 billion, compared with Rs 7.297 billion a year earlier.

Operating profit stood at Rs 7.020 billion, compared with Rs 5.124 billion in the corresponding period of 2024. Profit before income tax was recorded at Rs 6.148 billion, while taxation amounted to Rs 3.229 billion during the six months.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) were reported at Rs 14.63, compared with Rs 18.27 in the same period last year.

On the balance sheet, total assets stood at Rs 33.407 billion as of December 31, 2025, compared with Rs 32.989 billion as of June 30, 2025.

In the consolidated accounts, the group reported a profit after tax of Rs 3.014 billion for the six-month period, compared with Rs 3.619 billion in the corresponding period last year. Consolidated earnings per share stood at Rs 15.11, compared with Rs 18.14 previously. Total consolidated assets were reported at Rs 35.303 billion as of December 31, 2025.
