Agritech resumes urea plant operations after completing annual turnaround activities

Agritech Limited (AGL) has announced the successful completion of its Annual Turnaround (ATA) activities for 2026. Following these activities, gas supply to the urea plant has been restored, and plant startup operations have commenced.

This update was provided in a disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday, in line with the Securities Act, 2015, and PSX regulations. Agritech informed the exchange that these measures would facilitate the resumption of production, following a temporary shutdown for maintenance.

Agritech’s principal business is the production and sale of Urea and Granulated Single Super Phosphate fertilizer. The company was incorporated on December 15, 1959 as an unlisted Public Limited Company under the repealed Companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Act, 2017).
