Dadex Eternit Limited announces deal to sell its Karachi property to Sherjan Mosakhail & Sons

Dadex Eternit Limited has disclosed its agreement with Sherjan Mosakhail & Sons for the sale of its immovable property located at Plot No. 34-A/1, P.E.C.H.S., Block 6, Karachi. This agreement follows the approval granted by the company’s shareholders.

As per the company’s filing, the transaction is still subject to the completion of necessary corporate and regulatory formalities and has not been finalized. Dadox Eternit has committed to informing its shareholders once the transaction is completed, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Dadex Eternit’s principal business is to manufacture and sell construction material, which mainly includes piping systems and other allied products manufactured from chrysotile cement, rubber and plastics, merchandising of imported pipe fittings, accessories and other building products.

The company was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company on April 13, 1959, under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017).
