KAPCO CEO Shahab Qader Khan resigns, Muhammad Masood appointed acting chief

Kot Addu Power Company Limited (KAPCO) has announced that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Shahab Qader Khan, has resigned from his position with effect from February 26, 2026.

In a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday, the company informed that Muhammad Masood has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer until further notice.

“Mr. Shahab Qader Khan, Chief Executive Officer, has resigned with effect from February 26, 2026. Mr. Muhammad Masood has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer till further notice,” read the company’s disclosure.

The company requested the exchange to inform TRE Certificate Holders of the development in accordance with regulatory requirements.
