Ghandhara Tyre to shut production plant for 10 days in Ramadan, maintenance from March 9-19
Company says regional offices stay operational and it does not expect sales impact during March 9-19 shutdown
Ghandhara Tyre & Rubber Company Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it will temporarily shut its production plant from March 9, 2026, to March 19, 2026, for Ramadan-related scheduling and planned maintenance.
In a notice dated March 6, 2026, the company said the shutdown is being undertaken in line with its production plan and will involve maintenance activities at the plant.
The company said it does not expect an adverse impact on sales during the period, adding that regional offices will remain fully operational to ensure continuous supply of tyres to customers.
The disclosure was filed as material information under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX regulations, the company said.
