PABC acquires 60% of Alfalah Agri-Cultivation Fund-I units from Liberty Mills 

Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited (PABC) has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it has completed its acquisition of 60% of the units of Alfalah Agri-Cultivation Fund-I from Liberty Mills Limited.

In a notice to the bourse on Friday, the company said the transaction was previously disclosed to the exchange on December 9, 2025 and has now been concluded.

The company issued the update as material information under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX regulations, and requested the exchange to inform TRE certificate holders accordingly.

Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on December 4, 2014 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now replaced by the Companies Act, 2017) as a public company. The company was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange on July 16, 2021.

Its principal business is the manufacturing and sale of aluminium beverage cans. The company completed installation, testing and commissioning of its manufacturing facility at the Faisalabad Special Economic Zone and began commercial operations in September 2017.
