Sindh High Court approves merger of Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills into Sapphire Fibres

Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Sindh High Court at Karachi has approved the merger of the company with Sapphire Fibres Limited.

In a notice submitted to the exchange, the company said the approval was granted through court order JCM No. 48 of 2025 under Sections 279 to 283 of the Companies Act, 2017.

The scheme of amalgamation provides for the merger of Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited into Sapphire Fibres Limited.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book.
