Pakistan Refinery appoints Mohsin Ali Mangi as managing director and CEO

Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) has approved the appointment of Mohsin Ali Mangi as the company’s managing director and chief executive officer for a three-year term starting April 30, 2026.

The decision was taken by the company’s board of directors in a meeting held on March 12, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

Mangi will replace Zafar Ul Islam Usmani, who is currently serving as interim managing director and chief executive officer.

The appointment follows an earlier announcement made by the company on December 23, 2025 regarding the leadership transition.
