Zuma Resources partners with Telna North America, plans UK subsidiary for global telecom expansion
Company expects $3–5 million annual revenue from international connectivity services in initial phase

Zuma Resources Ltd has approved a strategic partnership with Telna North America, Inc. and the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom to expand its telecommunications and digital connectivity services internationally.
The decisions were taken during the company’s board meeting held on March 12, according to a material information notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Under the agreement, Zuma Resources will collaborate with Telna North America to launch global eSIM and physical SIM connectivity services and integrate telecom solutions into its digital connectivity platforms.
Telna operates a telecom connectivity platform that provides eSIM, physical SIM and mobile network services in more than 200 countries through partnerships with international mobile operators.
The collaboration is expected to support Zuma Resources’ expansion into international telecom markets and generate projected annual revenues ranging between $3 million and $5 million during the initial phase of operations, subject to regulatory approvals and commercial rollout.
The partnership will also focus on providing mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) enablement, international roaming services and telecom infrastructure solutions.
Separately, the company’s board approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom, subject to regulatory approvals.
According to the notice, the UK-based entity will manage international telecom partnerships, operate global connectivity services and execute agreements with international telecom operators, including Telna North America.
The subsidiary will also oversee global distribution and technology integration activities.
The company said the UK entity will serve as its international operational hub to support the expansion of its telecom and connectivity initiatives.
Zuma Resources is a share-limited entity incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Ordinance, 1984, which was later replaced by the Companies Act, 2017. Its principal business involves investing in, partnering with and strategically collaborating with companies across sectors including technology, AI-enabled services, electric vehicle technology, healthcare technology, e-commerce and other related industries.
