Atlas Honda Limited has approved a capital expenditure of Rs5.3 billion ($20 million) to expand its motorcycle operations, with the investment aimed at increasing annual production capacity to 2 million units.
In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, the company said its board approved the plan during a meeting held on March 30, 2026, outlining spending of approximately $20 million for the next financial year.
The company stated that the investment will focus on enhancing production capacity, automation and overall operational efficiency.
Atlas Honda, a joint venture between Atlas Group and Honda Motor Company, said the expansion will increase its rated annual output as part of its growth strategy in the domestic motorcycle market.
