HabibMetro re-elects chairman, reappoints CEO for three-year term

Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited has re-elected Mohamedali R. Habib as chairman of its board and approved the reappointment of Khurram Shahzad Khan as president and chief executive officer for another three-year term.

In separate notices to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday, the bank said Mohamedali R. Habib has been re-elected as chairman with effect from March 30, 2026.

The board has also approved the reappointment of Khurram Shahzad Khan as president and CEO, subject to fit and proper test clearance from the State Bank of Pakistan.

The bank said the CEO will continue in the role for a further three-year term following regulatory approval.
