Ghani Global incorporates G3 REIT Management with Rs50 million capital

Ghani Global Holdings Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, G3 REIT Management Limited, with an authorized and paid-up capital of Rs50 million.

According to a disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Wednesday, the company confirmed the development following its earlier communication dated April 9, 2026.

The formation of G3 REIT Management Limited marks Ghani Global’s entry into the commercial and residential real estate sector.

The company stated that the move reflects its expansion into new business segments through a dedicated real estate investment management entity.

On April 9, 2026, Ghani Global Holdings Limited received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to establish G3 REIT Management Limited.
