Symmetry Group signs digital services deal with Jazz, eyes Rs1.5 billion revenue over three years

Symmetry Group Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday that its subsidiary, Iris Digital (Private) Limited, has signed a service agreement with Jazz for digital services.

The agreement marks the second contract secured by Iris Digital after being selected as the preferred bidder for three assignments, as disclosed earlier in January 2026.

Under the terms, Iris Digital will provide services to Jazz for a period of three years, starting April 1, 2026.

The company expects the agreement to contribute approximately Rs500 million annually to group revenues, with a total estimated value of around Rs1.5 billion over the contract duration, subject to agreed terms.

Symmetry Group also stated that the agreement for the remaining assignment is in the final stages and is expected to be executed in due course.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and the Pakistan Stock Exchange rulebook, with the company requesting dissemination of the information to market participants.
