LSE Ventures hires Arif Habib, K-Trade as advisors to sell 10% stake in CDC via PSX
Offer priced at Rs50–70 per share, 75% through book building and 25% for public investors

LSE Ventures Limited has appointed Arif Habib Limited and K-Trade Securities Limited as joint financial advisors for the sale of a 10% equity stake in Central Depository Company Limited (CDC).
The company disclosed on Tuesday through a notice to the local bourse that the offer for sale will be conducted through the Pakistan Stock Exchange using a combination of the book building method and a general public offering.
Under the structure, 75% of the shares will be offered through book building, while the remaining 25% will be allocated to public investors.
The floor price has been set at Rs50 per share, including a premium of Rs40, with the price band allowing an increase of up to 40%, taking the maximum price to Rs70 per share.
The transaction remains subject to necessary corporate and regulatory approvals by LSE Ventures and Central Depository Company.
The company has requested dissemination of the information to TREC holders in accordance with exchange requirements.
