Bike, three-wheeler sales reach 1.43 million units, up 30.87% in nine months

Sales of motorbikes and three-wheelers increased 30.87% during the first nine months of fiscal year 2025–26, reaching 1,429,501 units compared to 1,092,235 units in the same period last year, according to the Pakistan Automobile Manufacturing Association.

Motorcycle sales were led by Honda, which recorded a 33.43% increase, rising from 917,598 units to 1,224,260 units. Suzuki motorcycle sales grew 38.77% to 25,903 units from 18,665 units, while United Auto reported a 28.85% increase, with sales reaching 136,058 units compared to 105,591 units last year.

In contrast, Yamaha motorcycle sales declined 67.15%, falling to 1,333 units from 4,059 units during the period under review.

In the three-wheeler segment, United Auto sales increased from 856 units to 1,071 units, while Qingqi sales rose 10.21% to 8,858 units from 8,037 units.

Sazgar three-wheeler sales recorded a marginal decline of 0.46%, dropping to 19,437 units compared to 19,528 units in the same period last year.
