Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited on Tuesday confirmed changes in its senior leadership, reappointing its chairman and chief executive officer for new terms, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The board has reappointed Tariq Sayeed Saigol as chairman of the company in a non-executive capacity.
Separately, Taufique Sayeed Saigol has been appointed as chief executive officer for a three-year term, effective May 1, 2026.
The development formalises continuity in top management at the publicly listed textile firm.
