Pakistan’s exports to US rise 2% to $4.63 billion in July-March
Imports from US jump 23.66% to $2.13 billion while Pakistan’s overall exports decline 5.81%, SBP data shows

Pakistan’s exports of goods and services to the United States increased by 2% during the first nine months of the current fiscal year, according to data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
SBP figures showed exports to the US stood at $4.634 billion during July-March FY26, compared to $4.543 billion recorded in the same period of the last fiscal year.
However, on a year-on-year basis, exports to the US declined by 10.27% in March 2026 to $477.275 million, compared to $531.954 million in March 2025.
On a monthly basis, exports to the US increased by 2.26% in March 2026 from $466.724 million recorded in February 2026.
According to the SBP, Pakistan’s overall exports to the rest of the world declined by 5.81% during July-March FY26, falling from $24.701 billion to $23.265 billion.
Meanwhile, imports from the United States into Pakistan rose by 23.66% during the first nine months of FY26.
The data showed imports from the US increased to $2.132 billion during July-March FY26, compared to $1.724 billion in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
On a year-on-year basis, imports from the US declined by 4.16% in March 2026 to $214.008 million, compared to $223.303 million in March 2025.
Month-on-month, imports from the US also fell by 25.59% in March 2026 from $303.960 million recorded in February 2026.
Overall imports into Pakistan increased by 6.85% during the first nine months of FY26, rising from $43.378 billion to $46.793 billion, according to the SBP data.
