Tajdar Khan transferred from DG gas to DG oil in fresh petroleum division reshuffle
Routine administrative reshuffle approved by secretary petroleum; transfer effective immediately

ISLAMABAD: The Petroleum Division on Monday ordered the immediate transfer of Deputy Director (Non-Tech) Tajdar Khan from DG Gas to DG Oil in a fresh bureaucratic reshuffle within the energy sector.
According to an official notification issued by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) from Islamabad on May 18, 2026, the posting and transfer has been made under notification No. PWA-5(26)/2026-ADMIN.
The order states that Tajdar Khan, who was serving in the Directorate General (Gas), has now been moved to the Directorate General (Oil) within the Petroleum Division’s Policy Wing. The transfer takes effect immediately and will remain applicable until further directives are issued.
The notification further confirms that the decision has been made with the approval of the Secretary (Petroleum Division), Ministry of Energy.
The notification has been circulated to relevant offices for information and compliance, including the Additional Secretary (Policy), MOPNR Islamabad, Deputy Director (Gas), MOPNR Islamabad, Director General (Oil), MOPNR Islamabad, and Director General (Gas), MOPNR Islamabad.
