Symmetry Group completes acquisition of US-based tech firm Logo Design Guru

Symmetry Group Limited has completed the acquisition of US-based technology and digital services company Logo Design Guru, according to a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday.

The company said the acquisition had earlier been approved by its Board of Directors, while shareholders were informed through PUCARS on February 9, 2026.

Logo Design Guru operates in technology-enabled design and digital services and has an established presence in the United States market.

According to the disclosure, the acquired company owns and manages multiple online platforms serving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and generated revenue of $550,000 during 2025.

Symmetry Group said it plans to improve revenue growth and achieve cost efficiencies through localisation initiatives following the acquisition.

The company added that the transaction aligns with its strategy to expand its international footprint, strengthen its technology and digital services portfolio and create sustainable revenue streams from global markets.
