ITANZ Technologies wins $5 million five-year digital transformation contract in UAE

ITANZ Technologies Limited has secured a five-year digital transformation contract worth $5 million from a wholesale distribution conglomerate headquartered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the company disclosed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The agreement was secured through ITANZ Technologies’ international operations and carries an equal annual fee, translating into revenue of about $1 million per year over the contract period.

The company did not disclose the name of the UAE-based client.

Under the agreement, ITANZ Technologies will develop and implement a digital transformation programme built around four integrated technology components.

These include an enterprise resource planning backbone, an intelligent self-service platform for customers and suppliers, an enterprise asset management system, and a mobile field workforce solution.

The four systems will be connected through ITANZ Technologies’ proprietary integration framework and will incorporate artificial intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities.

The enterprise resource planning system will serve as the central platform for managing the client’s business operations, while the customer and supplier platform will provide digital self-service functions for external stakeholders.

The enterprise asset management component will support the monitoring and management of operational assets, while the mobile workforce solution will facilitate field operations through mobile technology.

The initial phase of the project is scheduled to begin in 2026.

The company did not provide a detailed implementation schedule, project milestones or a breakdown of the contract value among the four technology components.

ITANZ Technologies said it would inform the exchange of any further material developments relating to the agreement.
