K-Electric allowed to hold pending AGMs by December 31, 2026
Company says authority has advised that annual general meetings for years ended June 2024, June 2025 and June 2026 may be held by year-end
Karachi-based power utility K-Electric Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that the relevant authority has advised the company that it may hold its Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for the years ended June 30, 2024, June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026, latest by December 31, 2026.
The company made the disclosure in a material information notice dated July 1, 2026, submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
K-Electric said the disclosure was made with reference to its earlier disclosure dated April 17, 2026.
The company said it was committed to complying with all regulatory requirements and would take all necessary actions within its control to ensure compliance.
