Pakistan PVC challenges Benami order over Ensena Holding shareholding
Company appeals before the Federal Appellate Tribunal after the adjudicating authority upholds proceedings against shares held by UAE-based firm

Pakistan PVC Limited has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it has filed an appeal against an order passed by the Benami Transactions Adjudicating Authority, which upheld proceedings related to shareholding in the company held by M/s Ensena Holding FZC.
In a notice dated July 24, 2026, filed under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book, the company said it had received a copy of the Order dated May 4, 2026, passed by the Benami Transactions Adjudicating Authority.
The order upheld proceedings initiated by the Initiating Officer concerning shareholding of the company held by M/s Ensena Holding FZC, which had been alleged to be benami property.
The company said it has filed an appeal before the Federal Appellate Tribunal, seeking that the order be vacated. The appeal is currently pending adjudication.
