Engro Fertilizers shuts Base Plant for four-day unscheduled maintenance
Company says forced outage is expected to last around four days; maintenance activities have commenced and operations will resume thereafter

Engro Fertilizers Limited has shut down its Base Plant for unscheduled maintenance, with the forced outage expected to last around four days, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on July 3, 2026.
The company said it has started the necessary maintenance activities and expects the Base Plant to resume operations after the work is completed.
The disclosure was made under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book.
Engro Fertilisers requested the exchange to disseminate the information to TREC holders.
