Engro Fertilizers restarts base plant after completing maintenance

Engro Fertilizers Limited has resumed operations at its base plant after completing the required maintenance work.

In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange dated July 10, 2026, the company said the plant had successfully returned to operation following the completion of necessary maintenance activities.

The disclosure followed an earlier notification issued by Engro Fertilizers on July 3, 2026, regarding the plant’s shutdown.

The company did not disclose the duration of the closure, the plant’s production capacity or the expected impact of the maintenance shutdown on output.
