Engro Holdings buys back 2 million shares for about Rs538.1 million

Engro Holdings Limited bought back 2 million of its own shares through the Pakistan Stock Exchange on July 14, 2026.

The shares were purchased at an average price of Rs269.05 each, taking the total value of the transaction to approximately Rs538.1 million.

The company disclosed the purchase to the PSX under Regulation 6(e) of the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019.

Engro Holdings did not provide further details on the remaining size or duration of its buy-back programme in the notice.
