Ghani Dairies adds housing for 1,000 milking cows under farm expansion plan
Company completes three international-standard dairy sheds as it scales up production capacity and upgrades livestock infrastructure.

Ghani Dairies Limited has expanded its dairy farm infrastructure with the completion of three new steel-structure sheds capable of housing 1,000 milking cows, marking another step in the company's ongoing capacity expansion programme.
The development was disclosed in a notice filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday, in which the company said the facilities have been built to international standards and equipped with modern dairy farming infrastructure and equipment.
The newly completed project includes two sheds with a combined covered area of about 105,000 square feet, providing accommodation for 800 milking cows, while a third shed covers nearly 25,200 square feet and has capacity for an additional 200 cows.
The company said the expansion is intended to strengthen its dairy farming operations by improving herd management, increasing milk production capacity and enhancing the health and welfare of its milking animals.
It added that the upgraded housing facilities are expected to create a more efficient operating environment while supporting higher levels of livestock productivity.
Ghani Dairies, which began operations in 2020, produces and sells raw milk, supplying its entire output to major dairy processors across Pakistan under long-term commercial arrangements.
Part of the Ghani Group, established in 1959, the company forms part of the conglomerate's broader diversification into agriculture and livestock, alongside ventures such as the Ghani Halal Feed Mill.
