S&P Global to mentor 600 young Pakistanis over three years
Project Elevate will connect around 200 participants each year with mentors, career training and professional networks

S&P Global in Pakistan and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Islamabad have launched Project Elevate, a three-year mentorship programme aimed at supporting more than 600 young Pakistanis with career guidance and professional skills.
The programme will be delivered through three annual cohorts, with around 200 participants enrolled each year. It will target university students, early-career professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs and freelancers.
Participants will receive one-on-one and group mentorship, corporate readiness training, career development workshops and networking opportunities with S&P Global’s leadership in Pakistan and TiE’s entrepreneurial network.
Mujeeb Zahur, Managing Director of S&P Global Pakistan, said the initiative was aimed at investing in Pakistan’s talent pipeline and providing participants with mentorship, exposure and opportunities to build careers locally and internationally.
Atta Rehman, Senior Regional People Advisor at S&P Global Pakistan, said the programme would focus on skills, professional visibility, confidence and long-term access to a career network.
S&P Global said Project Elevate formed part of its broader effort to strengthen learning, leadership and professional development capabilities.
