More than 15,000 users reported problems with the platform around 9:52 a.m. ET, according to Downdetector.com. The site collects outage data through user-submitted reports and other sources.
Service began to return to normal by 10:20 a.m. ET, the website showed. The exact number of users affected is not confirmed, as Downdetector's data reflects only the reports it receives.
