Engro Fertilizers Limited has announced that its Base Plant will undergo scheduled maintenance from September 15 to September 30, 2025.
The company made this disclosure through a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book.
“The scheduled maintenance activity of the Base Plant of Engro Fertilizers Limited will take place from September 15, 2025 till September 30, 2025,” read the company’s notice sent to the PSX.
The company said the planned activity is essential to maintain reliability and ensure safe and sustainable operations at the facility.
