Avanceon has secured multiple projects worth a combined $11.6 million across Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, the company disclosed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday.
The company said the contracts cover infrastructure, energy and digital transformation work, and are expected to support its business and create value for shareholders.
The disclosure was made under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book.
According to the company’s press release, the projects are aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030, UAE Vision 2031 and Saudi Vision 2030, and relate to infrastructure strengthening, sustainable growth, human development, digital transformation and clean energy adoption.
In Qatar, Avanceon has been awarded infrastructure modernisation projects valued at $3.9 million.
The scope includes a complete upgrade and integration of supervisory control and data acquisition systems and building management systems. The work covers procurement, installation, system integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training and final handover.
Avanceon will also provide operations, maintenance and support services for a disaster recovery solution for a major utilities organisation in Qatar.
In the United Arab Emirates, the company has secured projects worth $6.3 million with leading oil and gas operators.
The UAE projects involve the delivery and integration of control and safety solutions to support well operations. The company said the solutions would strengthen operational performance, safety and sustainability, and enable connectivity with central monitoring platforms through proven technologies.
In Saudi Arabia, Avanceon has secured a $1.4 million supervisory control and data acquisition modernisation project.
The project includes the upgrade of legacy hardware, software and control systems to improve operational visibility, system performance and lifecycle management, while reducing obsolescence risks.
The company said the upgraded platform would provide a scalable automation base aligned with Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation and infrastructure development goals.
Avanceon said the new contracts strengthened its presence in the Middle East and reflected its role in delivering engineering and technology solutions for regional infrastructure and energy projects.
Avanceon Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on March 26, 2003, as a private limited company and was converted into a public company on March 31, 2008, under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984.
The company is principally engaged in the trading of automation and control equipment and the provision of related technical services.
