Five Peshawar Electric Supply Company employees kidnapped in Bannu

Terrorists raid dairy farm supplying milk to Bannu Cantonment, stealing over 100 cows and abducting two employees

Unidentified armed men kidnapped five employees of the Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) on Friday from the Pir Dil Khel area of Bannu.

According to reports, the kidnapped individuals have been identified as Naqeebur Rehman, Farhad, Abdul Wahab, Javedullah, and their driver, Adnan. The kidnappers abandoned the government vehicle they had used and took the men to an undisclosed location.

While police later recovered the vehicle and initiated a search operation, the hostages had not been found at the time of this report.

In a separate incident, terrorists stormed a large dairy farm that supplies milk to Bannu Cantonment. The attackers made off with more than 100 valuable cows and abducted two farm employees.

The attack occurred under the cover of darkness, with video footage reportedly showing armed men driving the cattle away. Authorities are concerned that this incident may disrupt the local milk supply.

These back-to-back attacks have caused widespread panic in Bannu, with families of the abducted individuals and local residents urging the government and security agencies to act swiftly to ensure the safe recovery of the hostages and to bolster security measures in the city.
