Ideal Spinning Mills changes name to Ideal Dynamics Limited

Ideal Spinning Mills Limited has changed its name to Ideal Dynamics Limited following approvals from its shareholders and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday.

The change took effect on June 11, 2026, after SECP issued a revised certificate of incorporation under Section 13 of the Companies Act, 2017.

The company said the change was limited to its name and would not affect its legal status, existing rights, obligations, contracts, approvals, registrations or liabilities.

Ideal Dynamics Limited will continue to operate as the same legal entity, while its PSX trading symbol will remain IDSM.

The company requested PSX to update its database and related records to reflect the new name.

It also submitted certified copies of the revised certificate of incorporation, the special resolution approved by shareholders and the amended Memorandum and Articles of Association.

According to the SECP certificate, the company must display its former name alongside its new name for 90 days from June 11.

During this period, the previous name must be mentioned outside every office or business location and on the documents and notices specified under Section 22 of the Companies Act, 2017.

The company will therefore operate as Ideal Dynamics Limited, formerly Ideal Spinning Mills Limited, during the stipulated transition period.
