Chashma Sugar Mills Limited (PSX: CHAS) has announced the successful completion of the merger with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ultimate Whole Foods (Private) Limited, under the approved Scheme of Amalgamation.
The company confirmed that the merger process has now been finalized, following the approval by its Board of Directors on August 21, 2025.
In a statement, Chashma Sugar Mills explained that the merger is part of a broader strategy to streamline operations, improve administrative efficiency, and strengthen the Group’s financial and operational position for long-term growth.
