Lahore: To improve customer experience for its users, Careem has added three new features within its app for helping its clientèle.
The three features set added to the app include; customers will be allowed to tip the Captains within the app, letting the customers contact the support service with ease and submit their concerns to the organization and lastly providing feedback in case the customer gives 1-3 stars for the ride and sharing the problems they underwent.
The tipping feature has been incorporated in such a manner, that whenever the ride ends and customers assign a rating from 1-5 to the Captain, a popup dialog will come up for assigning a tip of your choice.
A pre-selected amount or an amount of the customer’s choice could be input, if they think the captain is worth of being recipient for his good services.
If a customer tips, separate receipts for the ride and tip will be generated within the app. This payment of a tip isn’t compulsory and is purely optional.
