Govt making efforts for opening of industrial, construction sectors: Omar

Minister for Power Omar Ayub Khan has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government is making all out efforts for opening of industrial and construction sectors in order to revive the economy.

Talking to a private news channel, he said keeping in view the condition of daily wage workers and labour community, the government is taking initiatives to provide relief to poor people. To a question about issues in the power sector, the minister said that some elements living in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa are not paying outstanding electricity bills while we are also facing line losses issue there.
