Job Description: Management Associates at Profit are cross functional employees. The role requires that the individual works with various stakeholders and departments like HR, sales, marketing, finance and operations; thus providing them with an enriched experience of acquiring a diverse skill set through inter departmental rotations.
The employee will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Assisting in HR related issues including new hiring’s
- Supporting the sales team with making proposals and sometimes negotiating new marketing deals and partnerships and liaising with current partners
- Managing the User Experience on Profits website
- Resolving any customer queries received from Profits subscriber base
- Supporting the management team in reviewing and managing company finances
- Managing any operational issues as and when required
Qualifications: Candidate should have a Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline and basic understanding of business processes.
