FFC reports near-flat Rs63bn profit as higher revenue offsets rising costs

Net earnings rise to PKR 57.6 billion for the period ended September 30, 2025

KARACHI — Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, as approved in the Board of Directors (BOD) meeting held on October 23, 2025.

During the period, FFC’s plants produced a total of 2,207 thousand tonnes of urea and 622 thousand tonnes of DAP. The company’s total fertilizer revenue reached PKR 283 billion, with urea offtake at 1,955 thousand tonnes and DAP sales at 541 thousand tonnes.

FFC closed the period with net earnings of PKR 57.6 billion, a 13.8% increase compared to PKR 50.6 billion in the same period last year. This translates to earnings per share of PKR 40.5.

The BOD declared a third interim dividend of PKR 9.50 per share, in addition to the previously paid dividend of PKR 19 per share.

At the end of Thursday’s trading session, the company’s share price closed at a meagre 0.27% higher, indicating indifferent response to the results.
