LAHORE: Soneri Bank with its recent strategic alliances with FetchSky is bringing together the combined expertise of both the companies on one common platform, with the mutual goal of providing innovative and advanced financial services to customers.
The bank will integrate FetchSky’s Peekaboo Connect on all its digital platforms including Soneri’s mobile app, Soneri’s corporate website and social media.
The move will endorse Soneri Bank’s Fair Treatment of Customers (FTC) endeavours of upgrading their banking services and providing their customers with a one-window operation, thus making banking efficient in the digital era.
It will also help Soneri understand its customers better, engage with them at a retail level and monitor and upgrade its product and services accordingly.
Peekaboo Connect is a solution developed by FetchSky to transform the traditional banking into branchless banking. It is a suite of services offering loyalty and offers, navigational branch locators with rich and standardised data and technology to access the products.
Currently, Soneri Debit Mastercard offers discounts on apparel, healthcare and lifestyle products and services. Moving forward in collaboration with Peekaboo, the bank plans to bring more merchants on board to offer customers more discounts on their favourite brands.
